How to submit an appeal

We're glad you reached out. You can send your appeal through our app for Android phones. It's easy to install and takes only a few minutes.

In the app, your appeal is kept safe, and you can see what is happening with it.

Download the app

For now, the app is only available for Android.

How to install it

  1. Open this page on your phone.
  2. Tap “Download the app” and wait for the file to finish downloading.
  3. Open the downloaded file. You'll find it in the notification or in your “Downloads” folder.
  4. Tap “Install”.
Does your phone ask for permission? That's normal

This always happens when an app doesn't come from the app store. It is safe to allow this for our app. What to do:

  1. Tap “Settings” in the message on your phone.
  2. Turn on “Allow from this source”.
  3. Go back and tap “Install”.

No message? Open Settings → Apps → Special access → Install unknown apps, then choose your browser. On some phones the names are slightly different.
